Italian- Australian Restaurateur Maurice Terzini has channelled 1960s Italian Art Deco in this tropical setting; think Gio Ponti does the Amalfi Coast. Part osteria, part pizzeria and bar, the menu is filled with dishes that offer traditional flavors but with a modern spin. After 10pm the mood shifts, the Dj turns it up and the Campari flows strong.
